Shipping & Handling
Most orders are shipped within one business day if placed before1pm Monday-Friday Pacific Time (excluding select Holidays). Orders placed after 1PM on the weekend and select holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Customer service is available Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM (Pacific Time).firstname.lastname@example.org. Any charges due to customer’s misinformation will be applied to customer’s credit card. ORDERS WILL HAVE FREE GROUND SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINETNAL UNITED STATES

ALL SHIPMENTS RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO INCOMPLETE/INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE SUBJECT TO A RETURN SHIPPING FEE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. BEST BUY FASHIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN TO SENDER FEES. AS A PRECAUTION, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER. All Ground packages are shipped via Golden State Ground - Ground.Transit Time (From the Date of Shipment) Golden State Ground: 3-7 business days (Hawaii and Alaska require additional time in most cases) and additional fright charges will be charged to customer.
Transit time may be extended due to:
Incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Best Buy Fashions reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 10-day return period. If you return an item that does not meet our requirements you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you. Best Buy Fashions will not be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Items received after 10 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns that do not meet our policy may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received after 15 days will not be accepted.
We encourage you to sign-up for our emailing list so you can receive advanced notice of new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time
Orders & Returns
Returns are accepted only with the explicit approval of Best Buy Fashions. If you need to return an, item you must have any tags it comes with, and not to have been washed, stained or torn. Consumers will be Responsible for shipping costs on returns. Best Buy Fashions will pay for return shipping only if the item was not torn, washed or stained if consumer is at fault they will be responsible for all shipping costs on the items and customer approves Best Buy Fashions to charge the shipping costs and 20% restocking fee to their registered charge card. We will not be responsible for lost items that you ship.
Change of Order
You are able to change or cancel your order after you place it only if the order has not been picked and packed for shipping. If you would like to make a change, call Customer Service at 213-394-7288 - Please have your order number available.
You will receive an email order confirmation from us. Please enter your mail address correctly to ensure you receive your order confirmation. We would suggest adding Best Buy Fashions to your address list for any communication. Upon receipt of your order please allow 3-5 business days for delivery excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 1:30 PM. will be considered next business day. If any items are not in stock we will notify you. Please let us know if you want to wait for delivery, or choose another item with a 10% discount. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Each State and local jurisdiction has their own calculation and guidelines for what are "taxable goods" and what are exempted. A purchase on the internet is often subject to those taxes and is not exempted from sales tax. In states where the company is required to submit sales tax, the company may charge your order for tax. If your purchase is taxable within your state or jurisdiction, and the company has not charged your order Sales Tax, you may be responsible for paying the sales tax on your purchase.
